Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2025

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the WTF Video Engine platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. The service

WTF Video Engine provides AI-assisted video and image generation tools for marketing and creative production. The Platform routes generation requests across multiple AI models and returns outputs for your use. Features and model availability may change over time.

3. Accounts and access

You must create an account to use the Platform beyond the free tier. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@wtfgyms.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not share account credentials or allow unauthorised access. Team and agency plans include multi-user access management — use that instead.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Create synthetic media designed to deceive, manipulate, or constitute non-consensual intimate imagery (deepfakes of real people without consent).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exfiltrate model weights or system prompts.
  • Use the Platform for automated bulk generation beyond your plan's credit limits or in ways that circumvent rate limits.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including data protection laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual property and ownership of outputs

You own your outputs. All content you generate using the Platform — video, image, or otherwise — is yours. You are granted a perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, and commercialise those outputs. This includes use in advertising, product marketing, social media, and any other commercial context.

Your input assets. You retain ownership of any assets you upload (brand images, videos, briefs). By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process those assets solely to provide the generation service to you. We do not use your uploads to train shared or public models.

Our platform. The WTF Video Engine platform, its design, UI, and underlying software remain our intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer any platform IP to you.

6. Credits and billing

Access to paid features is metered in credits. Credits are consumed per generation and refresh monthly on paid plans. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value; unused monthly credits do not roll over.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. Annual billing is collected upfront. We do not offer refunds for consumed credits or partially used billing periods except where required by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet any specific quality or suitability standard for your use case. You use the Platform at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WTF Video Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or its outputs. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. If you are located outside India, you acknowledge that cross-border data transfer and jurisdiction provisions may apply.
