Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

WTF Video Engine ("we", "us", "our") operates the WTF Video Engine platform — a web-based AI video and image production tool. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. If you have questions, email privacy@wtfgyms.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

Account information — name, email address, and password hash when you create an account or submit a lead/demo request form.
Usage data — generation requests, credit consumption, model selections, and session logs. Used to operate the service and improve routing performance.
Brand assets you upload — images, videos, and brief text you provide to the engine for generation. Stored securely; isolated per account.
Payment information — billing is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Device and technical data — browser type, IP address, and referrer, collected automatically for security and performance monitoring.

3. How we use your data

To provide, operate, and improve the WTF Video Engine platform.
To send transactional emails (generation complete, billing receipts, password reset).
To respond to demo requests and support inquiries.
To detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and protect the service.
To track aggregate performance metrics (e.g., which model types produce outputs users keep) in order to improve generation quality for all users.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell your data — ever, to anyone, for any purpose.
We do not use your uploads to train shared or public models. Your brand assets, generated outputs, and Brand Brain conditioning data are used only within your account's isolated environment.
We do not send marketing emails without consent. Demo request submissions include an opt-in for product updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform — such as cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and email delivery. These providers are contractually bound to handle data only as directed by us. We do not share data with third parties for advertising or data-brokering purposes.

6. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion, to allow for disputes or recovery. Generation logs are retained for up to 12 months for billing and debugging purposes, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@wtfgyms.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use only functional cookies — session authentication and preference storage. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Brand assets are stored with access control enforced at the account level. We follow industry-standard practices for securing credentials and generation outputs.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
